Staff / Laundry room options
We recognize that living space can be at a premium in a villa or townhouse. Our rooms allow you to free up extra space within your home. We can now offer solutions for both external maid and drivers rooms as well as laundry room spaces. We have a number of options available and if it isn't here we can custom build utility spaces to your specifications.
OPTION 01: MAID / DRIVER'S ROOM

Perhaps you wish to use the maids room as an office or spare room or you have two maids or a maid and a driver, and don't really have the space in your home to accommodate them?. This solution can be placed discreetly at the side of your home. It doesn't require foundations and can be easily removed if you wish to move to in the future. As with all the Your Space outdoor rooms it is lightweight, fully insulated, climate controlled and energy efficient. The dimensions allow for a single bed, night stand and compact wardrobe.
OPTION 02: MAID / DRIVER'S ROOM WITH BATHROOM

Internal (approx) L: 4.3m D: 1.95 H: 2.4m
This option offers all the benefits of the maids / drivers room but with the addition of a bathroom.
It is self contained so the maid / driver has their own facilities rather than using a bathroom in the villa or townhouse. The bathroom contains: a shower, toilet and sink. Please note that this room option needs to be located next to the sewer manhole for waste connection.
OPTION 03: LAUNDRY ROOM WITH BASE & FLOOR

For the Laundry room option we can offer a partially attached option using the villa or townhouse wall for one of the elevations. This gives the benefit of being able to attach the washing machines directly to the existing services generally found on the wall of a villa/townhouse. The Your Space room is lightly attached to the existing building and can be removed easier if required in the future. The option with the base floor has the benefit that it can be assembled on any surface raised upon concrete block support pads. This model’s generous size can accommodate a washer dryer, double sink, under counter and wall storage units.
Option 4: LAUNDRY ROOM WITHOUT BASE & FLOOR

This model is ideal if you have a side service door to your villa or townhouse and you wish it to open into an external laundry room space. Your space can build a laundry room directly on your existing interlocking bricks, tiles, slabs or concrete base.*
