Introducing the 'Your Space' convertible pergola. The 'convertible' has the benefit of a two stage build process, compared to our conventional outdoor rooms.

Stage 1:  We will design, manufacture and install the pergola at your home, to your chosen size and requirements.

Stage 2:  When the time is right for you or your budget allows, we will complete your conversion to a fully enclosed, fully insulated, climate controlled room. As with all our builds you have the choice of door and window types, floor finishes, wall finishes, lighting and power.

The convertible is available as either a 'fixed to ground' option (your existing external floor finish  will become you internal floor) or 'non fixed option' (with raised plinth base and a choice of floor finishes).  The main advantage of the Non fixed convertible is that it can sit on different surface types with no foundation required.
