Location: Jumeirah Golf Estates
Status: Completed.
This 'Jenolan' Style build has been created to utilize an unused decking area in the the client's back garden., and is sued as both an entertainment area and office space. The design features double aspect glazing with double opening doors.

Location: Arabian Ranches, Dubai.
Status: Completed.
This outdoor gym room has been designed and purpose-built for a family of cyclists with a dedicated yoga area. Situated next to the client's entertainment space, it also doubles as a convenient bar.

This custom build design was created as a home office for a lawyer. The floor plan has been maximized to fit the exact dimensions at the side of the villa resulting in a generous 120 sqft interior, which is light bright and spacious.

Designed and built for a professional couple both working from home. The brief was simple 'give us extra space away from the house for an office, but still with the same home comforts and personal style'.
